Afrika! Afrika! Show in Austria
NTB Supports André Heller’s Ultimate Show
Frankfurt, May 2008. A magical circus experience full of African rhythm and powerful dance performances touching the soul!
Afrika! Afrika!, one of the world’s most successful shows with more than 2 million spectators, celebrates its third year on tour. This year, the thrilling show comes to Austria, André Heller’s home country. Following shows in Vienna, the “Africa Fever” will also hit the festival city of Salzburg from May to July 2008. The Namibia Tourism Board supports Afrika! Afrika! as a sponsoring partner, in collaboration with South African Airways.
Namibia presents itself, together with its partner South African Airways, in a uniquely designed tent conveying visual impressions of the destination, showing artwork from Southern Africa and offering travel advice on Namibia as well as special tour packages.
Maureen Posthuma, head of the Namibia Tourism Board (NTB) in Europe, is excited about the cooperation: “André Heller’s show captures every spectator and creates a desire to experience the real Africa - its energy and the lust for life of its people. We are pleased to help in highlighting the uniqueness of this fascinating continent. Moreover, the show is a perfect platform to present Namibia to our partners in the tourism industry and to the media as a quality destination“, concludes Posthuma.
